Haven’t been out lately eqc work etc around house,I was thinking that either very low numbers being caught or people playing possum on here which would be disappointing,if people are catching fish and not reporting it’s all downhill for the likes of this forum

Fished mac rocks this arvo from boat from 2-630.nothing stirring will try first thing in morning,

Went for fish on thurs morning at the rocks and saw 4 fish, two from boats,went home around 11am

Colour is fine to fish this weekend,not sure about numbers caught but good tides at mackies

picked up one last night on the mak,seems quite at the moment,with alot of 9 lbers

fished mackies today from 7 to midday,saw two on rocks and one for us on boat.weight went 13 lbs

dont worry we saw it alright,looked a beauty for sure.

not that I saw,he jumped onto his kayak and fished north side until we left.before that fished next to him, nice friendly guy.

fished Macs Friday morning with boat,saw two caught by another boat anchored closer to point,today there from 6am -10am only one caught by boat at end of the line downstream.
Fished bannana Friday night one caught weighed 17lbs

im on the board now,13lber tonight on the waimak,taken awhile, fishing been slow.lovely fresh silver wild hen

whats happening out there guys?I’ve been fishing the mak for 6 nights and one full Sunday haven’t even seen a fish,not sure about numbers of salmon caught, but not much talk around the place.am
I missing something or has the season been quiet so far?
