Probably a bit naughty of me to mention this.. But someone sent one out of a river mouth and on each dropper they had a hook baited with a small piece of shiney metallic foil… He caught 3 or 4 salmon, the river was not highly regarded as a salmon fishery. It is second hand information so I am unable to get any more information.
