A good mate of mine, Steve Kimber, would like to purchase small Agee jars for bottling salmon. He would also like to purchase one of those large cookers that holds I think up to 18 jars for bottling. He is after the one with the electric element in it. I know it has a proper name but I can’t remember what its called. If you have either the jars, or the “cooker” you would like to sell, please contact Steve at: firstname.lastname@example.org

Hi Allan, did Steve get any jars for bottling? We used to hit the Super Shed when we needed more, is the shed still open? Pages Rd by Cowles Stadium in ChCh for the other readers interested. They usually had heaps of them and cheap as!15/10/2009 at 10:51 pm #13707rdeejayParticipant

My Dad has about about 9 dozen new and used jars to sell.
Many have screw bands too, not sure on new seals but they are available at most supermarkets etc
These are the Agee, one pound jars (the hard to get ones) and they are at a very good price!
