How do you guys prepare your Rig and how do you prefer to cook it? I realise ammonia isnt much of an issue with these but they still need to be trunked and treated like a shark??
thats the way i do it cut justbehind the head turn knife backtowards the tail cut along the gut line and come out the ass then wack the fillets and skin off. cooked themlast weekend by putting a sprinkle of sea salt on them a squeese of lemon awrapping in tin foil and chucked on bbq till cooked
