    News 17 November 2017 – Fishery closure along 140km of Kaikōura coastline extended. An emergency closure of the shellfish fishery along the coast of Kaikōura is being extended to help the marine environment affected by last year’s earthquakes to recover. See Stuff.co.nz report by Geoff Vause
