What is the minimum size of a trout you would kill
For me (I don’t really take that many fish) 3 pounds is the minimum. Even in stocked ponds I think this is fair because you ain’t going to get much out of a 2 pounder.
I say release it and catch it when its bigger10/03/2009 at 3:35 am #12707MiliwolfParticipant
I am more inclined to release big trout then small. I rarely keep fish but when I do they are typically 3-4lb. Most trout heavier or smaller then that would get released.10/03/2009 at 3:47 am #12708
yeah, forgot to add
I don’t take trout over 5 pounds.
But That wouldn’t apply to stocked ponds16/03/2009 at 9:14 am #12752YakkamanParticipant
