I agree on the fried mullet(yellow eye), very tasty, i tend not to fillet them tho just a pain, typically just do a butterfly cut through them and leave the backbone in and fry it off then remove all the bones as a whole when cooked seeing as though the whole lot will just peel away. Grey mullet which are the bigger species are beautiful smoked.
