Sounds about the same as when I was there. It’s that calm you can walk right out to where the waves are just forming and cast really far out. Some people say in calmer conditions you don’t need to cast as far though, but still seems better getting that extra distance. PierMaster, you getting the mullet on Bonito? I haven’t had a mullet from the surf in a while, I’ve just been using squid/chicken heart, but I’m pretty sure chicken heart used to work well.
